I think that you should be required to post what you pay for your connection, and what type it is...

On that note...
I pay $35/mo for my cable connection.

Here are mine from both Speakeasy and Speedtest.net; they're pretty consistent.

i am paying 48 usd per month for this kind of speed plus it limits me to 20gb per month...i can't wait to leave new zealan...their phone, internet provider everything is just ripping people off :(
 
Odd Results



My first test (posted above) gave me an awesome upload score, but when I tested again I only got 1984 kb/s for upload.

My ISP is Rice University-Sesquinet
 
I had a letter through this morning saying my 4mb would be upgraded to 10mb, rollouts starting this month and what do you know.



Awesome, ive gone from 4mb down to 1mb.:mad:

Edit: Just realised that Traffic Management has kicked in so i still should be at 4mb :D
 
Internet at school; this was from one of the math labs, the engineering labs have much faster internet.

It's not the speed that bugs me the most about my ISP, it's the fact that it goes down so much. It seems like anytime the weather changes, I have no internet.

I hate/love Powerboost.

I generally only get about 6Mb/s on actual file downloads.
