the Magpul Field Case looks cool. For those who have it, it it just basic silicone? or is it TPU material?

TPU. Its much harder than silicone, very form fitting. I hate how silicone cases lose their form over time.

Finally found my ideal setup :) caze bumper with a carbon back.

wow that looks nice. Was debating that color for my white 4s, got flat earth and really like the understatedness on the white.

Thanks :) Whoever has a 3GS I found a good deal on eBay. 4 brand new Magpul cases for $20 w/ free shipping. Not sure if I can post link here per forum rules but the auction # is 120822636340

Amen to that. What's the point of Apple working so hard to create a sexy, new, sleek design if people are gonna slap a case on it?

You should know by know that Apple does not create practical things, just cool eye-candy. They want you to drop that slick phone so well.. you can buy a new one.

The IPhone go to be one of the most slippery phones I've owned.

I really like the design of the 4S. I thought about that too, why cover it up? I understand the reasons, but the majority of the cases really change the dynamic design of the iPhone - some are cool however, though. This is why I opted for a Mophie. Mophie has a cool and clean design. I use it knowing I many need to charge the 4S battery when I plan to use the 4S all day, once that's done, I did order a pouch to store the iPhone so that I can use it to showcase the design when in use. I don't plan on ever leaving it in the Mophie 24/7. I also added protectors just to prevent minor scratches.

At this stage, as much as I like many of these cases and bumpers, I don't think I plan on using them.

Hey!

Question, how did you manage to install carbon skin (luckylabs right?) with caze bumper? Did you cut the skin around the edges?

I have the same setup, but Caze always lift it up and unstick the skin

Thanks!

Picked up my early holiday gift to myself today..32gb white iP4s.

Didn't think it was so simple reserving the night before to do store pickup next day

Bought the white Incase perforated snap case at the apple store too

So I have front HD Powersupport, back cheapo crystal, and transparent Lucky Lab spectra side wraps

Enjoy ;)

That looks nice! How's the fit?

I ask because I tried the incase snap in clear frost for my white iphone and I have the same set up as you (minus the side wraps) and I could tell the case "bowed out" slightly and it was easy for it to "pop off" on one side. It didn't snap on for that perfect fit if you know what I mean. It also made my back screen protector bubble up from how tight it was I think, pressure causing it to lift maybe?

Looks nice your right, but it's going back. Mine fit perfectly fine (don't know why yours fit so weird), but it is just TOO slippery. I dropped it twice on my carpet and said "your going back today" :D

Slapped on my Caze Thinedge for the time being

Looks great, try the black thinedge on that white case, bet the contrast will make it look even better :)

Can you post a few more pics of this case? I want to see how visible the  logo is.
