My white sport band 38mm (just the band) went preparing for shipment yesterday afternoon (May 18) which I ordered on May 7.

Still processing my actual watch, SG 38 BSB which I ordered April 25. First delivery window date is this Friday May 22.

Anyone see a photo of the SG with a white band?

Crap. Misread your post. You said band ordered on the 7th. Not the watch. Got my hopes up for my AWS WSB ordered on 5/5!!!

I agree. I purchased two Space Grey BSB (one in 38mm for my wife and one in 42mm for me) on April 17th, and the 38mm arrived Friday, but my 42mm is slated for June 22-29th delivery. it is frustrating that the color of the band is allowing them to ship products to customers who purchases several days after me.

I think a lot of their logistic problems outside of manufacturing the actual watches is that they are trying to package them in a way that significantly hampers production and shipping.

There is no need to ship the apple watch with the bands already on the watch. or they could simply sell every watch with a BSB and ship the custom bands separately. that makes the most sense to me, but then again, i could be completely wrong.

My watch showed NO movement since April 10th.... yesterday at 1:00pm I finally saw 'Preparing for shipment', then at 4:00pm I saw 'Shipped', then this morning at 6am, it's 'Out for Delivery'.....

so in less than 24 hours, my watch will go from nothing to me getting it in my hands, so when it happens, it's QUICK!

(42mm space gray)

What time did you order your watch, and in what time zone? I ask because I also ordered on April 10, at 7:24 AM EST (42mm SG BSB), and so far I am still processing, with an expected date range of May 29 through June 11th.

I think apple is going for the "personal" experience right out of the box.
If everybody had a standard BSB ought out of the box it would take away part of the personal experience. Even if the majority of people ordered separate bands also.

None the less, I would have got a blue band & ordered a black separate had I known I'd have got my watch a month earlier.

Although my watch use will be minimal beings as I work construction & won't be wearing it most of the day, i still am eager to try it out for my most purpousful reason, the gym.

I agree. its always 20/20 after the fact.... oh well, guess ill still be checking the sites and order status every 15 min like a frantic child...

Nope, absolutely no movement on an 4/10 8am EST preorder for a SG BSB in the May 29th-June 11th delivery timeframe.

Seems like they are still less than a half hour out from the opening of preorders in the US- may be a bit of a wait i fear

as of late, would you say that most movement are in the late pm and early am hours? I haven't seen any stories of people getting charged and PFS mid day. Does anyone know if they do mid-day fillings?

Oh I totally know it will be a wait. Just no progress for us poor saps who ordered a SG BSB after the first 17 min or so.

PFS Early AM
Shipped/Tracking late afternoon
Delivered the next day

No movement on Medium Midnight Blue Modern Buckle ordered April 10 at xx:19, due To ship May 13-27. Sigh...

My Amex was charged about an hour or so ago for 2 42mm sport bands (1 black, 1 white) ordered on 5/5 with expected delivery date range of 5/26 - 6/1.

No change on my 42 SS ML ordered on 4/10 though - expected delivery range for that is 5/29 - 6/11.

No movement on the watch but my second band shipped. So I will have my sport band and black leather band before I get my Space Black Link Watch.
