so my question is do you have to have photoshop? b/c in the video he photoshops part of the picture out and lines it with the background and places the clock between the shell of the photoshopped picture and the clock. Is there another way of getting this effect?

You will need some form of editing software to make a layer. You could try this: http://www.gimp.org/ I have never tried it but have heard it is a very good free alternative.

My new Cartoonish desktop....

I really wish I could remember where I got the desktop wallpaper from....love the iMac in the background....my desk sometimes looks like that! So maybe you might be able to identify it....but here's my latest and still using the Flurry icon set throughout....:apple:

Wow, that dock is awesome! Can you tell me how you got those words instead of the icons??

Here's mine, though now I want to change it to sizzle's dock:

I have the itunes and chrome in there just because I like how they add to the overall black feel.
