I've been in Preparing for Shipment since Saturday, June 20. I was expecting a shorter transition to Shipped...

Hmm...well today is the first weekday, seems logical?? Hope yours turns to shipping today or tomorrow!

And...mine has shipped! Delivery June 29 - almost a full two weeks ahead of the beginning of the 3 week window (July 10-17).

Gold 1.1 256 Also ordered on June 2. Still shows as Processing Order.

Our SG 1.3's were obviously on the same batch production. Ordered mine on June 11 though. Have the exact same info from
FedEx. That will be 2 weeks from order to delivery for me, nicely done.

SG 1.3 256 arrived on June 26. Gold 1.1 256 still shows as "Processing Order"

It looks as if you already have one, are you showing off by ordering another or just being careful>
Asking as I also ordered thru a third party vendor and got a delay, as did MyopicPaideia.
Seems that Apple put orders to third party vendors on the backburner...

Not trying to showoff. Sorry if that is the impression.
Ordered May 4th as the vendor had my model coming from Apple on the 6th.
Apple then delayed the shipment in total 17 times (get a mail each time with the new expected delivery date).
Latest mail state "Apple deliver to us on the 26th" = I get my MacBook on the 29th
Got the USB-C cable and AppleCare delivered...

Just "pulling your leg" as they jokingly say in the UK.
I would cancel my order as a point of principle if I could. I ordered the 1.3 version so I can't cancel

Got my 1.3 MacBook yesterday, migrated from my old Dell PC.
It's great!! No lag, quite fast actually.

Still haven't heard anything. Ordered 1.3/512/SG on 06/19. Initially charged temporarily to my amex, dropped off. Then on 07/02 a charge for roughly low 200's was charged (assuming applecare and expedited shipping). Charge fell off today. Delivery estimate 07/16-.

Seems like there was a period that the production increased, but it seems to be in shortage again. Sigh.

rMB 512/1.3 silver, ordered 24th June, just switched to "shipping" on the 8th July, UPS tracking says it has left the factory and is scanned for departure from Shanghai. Estimated delivery 17th July, but could be a little earlier based on past experience.

Don't know if this is particularly fast, just normal or slow? In any case, the original estimate said delivery between 24th-27th July so it's a little before schedule. Maybe the silver is the least cool model so there's less backlog than the SG and gold?

*edit: ordered from and shipping to Paris, France... (But with a UK keyboard because the French one is ridiculous)

**edit2: just to make people is the U.S. (and probably elsewhere) feel better, the price charged here for this config is just over 2000 euros, which is approx $2300-$2400 US... So yep, we really do have an apple tax over here!
