I'd have to say Real Racing the graphics are pretty good and it's just all around fun. I love it. There's also a free version to test it out as well.
 
Dragon dictation is pretty amazing. Doodle jump is addicting. Weather.com is better than the one the iphone comes with.
 
Text From Last Night. Whenever I'm bored, it really helps cheer me up to read some of the legendary texts in the app. FML is second.

I jailbroke mine as well, and went back. I haven't had a desire to re-jailbreak my iphone. Maybe in the future (mywi is looking pretty tempting), but I just don't have the desire to do it now.

Safari. One of the whole reasons I got an iPhone in the first place was to be able to browse the full web while not at my laptop.
