I'd have to say my insulin pump since it's attached to me 24/7 and plays a pretty important role in keeping me alive.

But the Nokia 1100 deserves a special mention for its simplicity, durability, cheapness and only needing charging once a week. It is probably the main reason I don't own a iphone. i just wish the Motorola fanboys would stop trolling me for my choice of phone.

Mind the crotch shot, but I really had the weirdest of moments today. I was listening to my music and was using both my phone and iPod Touch at the same time. I just randomly started ranting out loud how great technology can be. So with that said, so far, while I wish and am considering switching to the iPhone, these two along with my iPod Touch are amongst my favorite electronic devices.
