Depends on the size of the room
Well the living room and dining room is one one, it's just separated by the L shaped couch. I'd say 12ft from the TV, and about 15ft across.

Nice set up. I have a Yamaha receiver myself. The sound it presents is very good. Mine is the HTR-6063. But my speakers are the Fluance AVTHB+ surround set. Where did you get your TV stand? I'm looking into getting a new one.

Entrance: On the 4 ft wide solid core door that's our home with startrails/fireflies
Left side; First row that's Mesa Verde campground Milky way shot during our 3 week out west camping trip (our campsite, car, trailer, my family was sleeping in there while I took this shot), plus the Lunar eclipse of 2015 from our home at 2 minute time lapse.
The 2nd row gets Star Wars and ST II: TWOK covers.
Right side; Moon at various phases, the 2 big ones are thru my EdgeHD 800 CGEM telescope, the other one is fixed tripod and full moon at 2 minute time lapse

I've spent about $30k usd to date, lots of diy or price would easily be doubled .

Nice set. But I'd be afraid of that tv sliding off the centre speaker. Those are KEF right?

My friends open basement, I was the home theater designer .
5.2.4 via Maranatz 6011, DIYSG 1099 mains, fusion-8 rears, volt-10 top front and rear.
He's still deciding specific seats.
Started Feb-1-2017, "finished " April-21-2017
