With the right wallpaper, the "frosted glass" folder background really looks nice. (I do think they should move the folder title underneath the folder, to preserve the illusion of zooming in on what's on the home screen).

Is the green/blue colour distinction between SMS/iMessages still there?

(all messages.app screenshots show only blue texts)

I don't like how it only shows 3 apps per column. I know you can add more apps as pages but I like it having 4 apps per column better. I hope it changes to 4 apps per column before iOS 7 goes final.

I love how they show the album art on the lock screen. I still haven't seen a capture showing the music controls on the lock screen. If someone could share that I'm sure a few of us would appreciate it. Thanks for all the info shared here already!

Music control on the lock screen? I haven't seen that ability. Are you referring to when iTunes Radio is running in the background and the screen lock engages? If so, I can take a picture.

No, if you have music playing (or not for that matter) and double click the home button on the lock screen, music controls come up.

Here you go… if you double click the button it shows clock or controls, back and forth.

I like that iOS 7 choose black or white for the text based on your background photo, but i'd be nice if you could select it yourself too. Some backgrounds i've seen with iOS 7 that are mostly dark dark on the bottom half, and mostly light on the top half (or vise versa) don't adjust well.

can someone help me understand what is going on here? I am using the same wallpaper that someone posted a few pages back. In his or her screenshot, the bright wallpaper results in black text. However on my iPhone it remains white and makes it very hard to read. Same thing happens with the text on the home screen.

Any ideas?

That was me that posted that wallpaper... try zooming in on it a tiny bit and see if the typography switches to black. I think the beta is still being temperamental where the switch to black is concerned!

I am absolutely IN LOVE with iOS 7. I like it better then all my old jailbreak themes. Can't wait for the final release :D

That's exactly why a stark black/white choice isn't going to work well on anything but relatively solid-colored wallpaper. In my opinion, the text should be white with a sharp black outline. That would work against any background.

Ill save you the trouble of asking too! And a couple more!
