The problem isn't that you're stating your opinion, the problem is that you are stating your opinion without providing any evidence of your claims, and basing everything you are saying off of a beta. Plus you are giving very low probability predictions. It would be like me saying, " Oh! McDonalds is testing out a new French fry recipe to a few taste testers! It's the downfall of the company! 25% of current customers are now going to Burger King! McDonalds is done! They will be out of business by the end of the year!"

I don't think your analogy works. Apple's beta testers are not comparable to a small group of taste testers, who decide on whether a new recipe is released to the public. iOS 7 already appears on the front page of Apple.com. This is an open beta. For a company that guards its secrets so proudly, this can only mean one thing. This product will ship in the fall with at most, minor changes. It's not a matter of if, but when.
