Looks good, but how did you get your first page to have no icons on it?
EDIT: Oops, nevermind, turns out you have to do it on the iphone not in itunes.

also does anyone know how to leave your homescreen without icons (other than dock)? it makes me leave at least 1 icon there
Just create a random home screen bookmark, then remove the rest of the apps. Once you move the rest of the icons off, just delete the bookmark and you'll be left with a blank homescreen. It also MUST be on the very first page. It will not work if it's on a second or third page. It must be on the very first homescreen.

i used to have about 4 pages, toned it down to 1 page. i still need to get used to whats in what folders but im getting there. also just updated to 4.2.1 from 4.0 because i didnt like the new bars, they're growing on me. now bank of america needs to update like everyone else and get a new retina display icon.
....don't think thats absolutely necessary.
I currently have just 1 folder(with around 9 icons/apps inside) on my dock on the very first page and was gonna try what you suggested. I pressed the home button until I got into 'wiggly mode' (!) and then I just thought - hey, I wonder if i can just move my 1 folder from the 1st page, straight to the 2nd page?!
...low and bohold - it worked! I moved the folder, from the dock, straight to the second page and then exited 'wiggly mode' which resulted in a totally blank 1st home page.
I will admit though - it does kinda look very odd (IMO) having a blank home page because the dock is still present but obviously has no apps on it - just looks totally redundant...!
Looks great until you need to swap pages, then the icons move out of their placeholders...I have a few different ones I use. Enjoy
