When all my apps are synced the music folder hits the dock and a fourth is added to replace it on the top row.

Not with BossPaper. I had no slow down using BossPaper and either stock or customized icons. I used SSH for the icons though. I didn't like winterboard.

Is that including the nice shadows behind icons and text?
