The battery and signal bars are part of the revi-krs theme you can find in Cydia I believe, search it up

Keeping it simple. I wish you could place the icons wherever you want but iOS doesn't let you unless they are aligned to a grid and the line is full.
You can "make" blank icons but it only looks good if you use a black background.

You can use Gridlock, which lets you place icons freely without the use of blank icons. You can get it from Cydia.

This is something I'll have to try. I've been using iblank all this time and it becomes a pain to use when I need quite a few empty spaces.
