Decided to finally make the jump to an SSD with a 128GB Samsung 840 Pro, SuperDrive hard drive caddy, and an enclosure for my SuperDrive so I can use it through USB.

Well the iPhone5 I purchased for my wife was opened today and there is a huge yellow piece of fluff inside the camera assembly! Not dust but full on lint. Rang Apple expected a pain to resolve as we dont have any Apple stores in NZ, but turns out Apple were great! They are shipping a replacement for Thursday and are collecting the original on Monday so we have a nice overlap. Hopefully the next one is good :)

Just ordered a B+W 82mm UV-Haze 010M MRC XS-Pro Filter for my Canon 16-35mm f2.8 II lens.

This Introduction to Houdini course. I can't wait to take it :)

I've taken two other CGSociety courses and I love them.

Do yourself a favor and buy ammo in bulk but collect the brass. Start piecing together a reloading setup while you shoot the bulk ammo. You will be able to save so much and can shoot during these panics.
