They are good. Had mine a while but I still use them most days.
Got them for my daily commute on the train. Perfect for getting work done or reading and studying without distraction
Exactly. I work in a rather noisy open plan office. Drowns out all the dross.
AirPods - round 2, the last ones were stolen out of my locker at the gym. Props to American Express for refunding me though their purchase protection.
Loved them before, sure I will love them again
My Smartthings adventure begins this week.
I really wish it was HomeKit compatible. I have a Gen1 hub and a bunch of GE Zwave switches but want to be multiplatform compatible.
Get a rPi3 and run homebridge on it with the smartthings plugin.
About time i updated my semi-mobile setup, can't believe the old one survived for so long, the longest i ever had a daily driver, 2008 MBP + WD My Book from 2010 or maybe slightly older; can't remember. Replaced with a 2017 MBP and 20TB My Book Duo
New tires for my Honda Accord. Set me back $700, but hey, better than dying I suppose.
Pardon my dirty ass car... got a fresh paint job so I can't wash it for a month.
I swore I would never buy a $1K phone. But I guess the $1K iPad was just a stepping stone. Note 8.
I can't remember my last purchase I made, but here's my latest Lego Build.
I've been having fun building Lego Creator Sets and I wish I had more money.
AFOL (Adult Fan of Lego)
Looking at it now the picture looks bad, so I'll just say I haven't purchased yet but will be shortly, a new windshield for my money suck car.
Let me know if you decide to sell any one it.
This shows how geek I am.
Usb charging cable with lightning, USB C, micro USB, and mini USB connectors.
Keep one of these in my bag at all times. Super useful.
2018 Subaru Crosstrek
Got an LV Keepall 55 for travelling which the missus is using. Then I liked it so much I went and got myself an Icare for work. End of the year gift was my very first Audemars Piguet Diver. This goes into the collection with my Submariner. I'm still a bit wary of wearing the AP so it just goes with me on dinners and official functions. The Submariner is my work watch now.
ALPINA SEASTRONG AUTOMATIC
Gettin' ready for February 16th!!
Bought a leather "comfort strap" ( ) for my Fostex headphones. They normally look like this, comfort level is through the roof now.
Liked Hawkeye, Logan not so much. Not a fan of Mark Millar so thought this was a version of Damnation Alley mixed with Unforgiven.
and this...which started today.
Thought this was much better. I didn't need to read the original to know what was up. I'd be happy to see this version of Clint running around the Marvel U and the MCU for that matter. Anyway, I now understand why some folks here read comics on their iPad Pros. Much better way of doing it (and saving trees too.)
A very big Real Life purchase this week as well. Not going to say anything else but just make it work.
NJSJ 4 in 1 cable.
I don't know smartthings automates pretty well. I have not found al to of uses on home kit but for a few things. I don't do a lot of voice activation though smartthings is pretty capable and will handle a huge amount of devices. though having to program them on the webpage is a bit of a pain.
