Bit of a strange thread I guess you're thinking. But I've seen this sort of thread on a couple of other forums and thought I might try it out here.

All you need to do, is find a photo (or take one yourself) of your areas police, fire and ambulance vehicles.

The below pics are standard for all of New Zealand, meaning wherever you go in NZ, the vehicle decals remain the same as there is only one Fire Service, one Police service and generally one Ambulance service (although some regions may have additional emergency medical services).

I live near london, and for the last few years the police cars have been pretty much all upgraded to BMW 3 series, either saloon or estate versions. We used to have Vauxhall Vectras/Omegas, then the previous gen Astra, a few of which are still in use. Our ambulances are also a tad brighter than you people in the USA

Looks like a NSW number plate and I seem to recall them having the Exige.

Here in QLD we've had some different ones. Lancer EVO X, Impreza WRX, HSV Clubsport, FPV F6, Hummer H3, the afore mentioned Golf GTi. Not to mention some of the under covers, Ford XR6 Turbo ute, Holden SS utes etc.
