Has tested as low as 2 Mbps. A high of 7.
When I first got my thunderbolt, I was getting 14. Lately 7, but the thunderbolt wasn't working reliably any more.

I'm generally amazed at how slow the speeds are I'm getting.

Slow speeds are from all of the folks doing speed tests
