CT is not a launched market, those speeds look like LTE is still being worked on they will improve greatly.
LTE has been in this area for months, it may not be officially launched but we've had slivers of LTE for months now and its always been like this. I hope for my friend Angies sake that it improves but even shes starting to get annoyed.
Had to go to London last week for work. I was sat in the underground toilets at Paddington taking a dump and saw I had 4G. Quick test. Very impressed considering I was underground!
What proof do you have of this? LTE is already sub 5mbps here in Boston and it's been launched here for a long time now.
Yikes, I get better than that on Straight Talk out in the mountains of Northeast TN... I would think Atlanta would get 3 times that speed? Have you tried running the test during an off-peak time?
I've run it a few other times and I'm always somewhere around 20 mbs. I'll try it late tonight and report back.

I see a dramatic improvement with the 5s vs the 5.
Not sure what AT&T or Verizon are, but I'm getting 25mbs with Straight Talk using AT&T towers...
Well I am taking a guess here, but before LTE went live here the speeds were crap and service was all over the place. Now it has settled down averaging 20+Mbps.
That sounds pretty much the same as the usual iPhone 5 speeds I was getting here last year.
