Specs are in my signature.

I have the Mac hooked up to a Viewsonic VA2223WM. Also on my desk is a set of Logitech Z523 2.1 speakers. I also use a Logitech K350 keyboard (looking to upgrade to the Apple Wired Keyboard soon) and a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse.

I am still kind of a kid, lol.

1. Which MacBook Pro do you have?

Mid-2010 17" Macbook Pro Core i5 (2.53Ghz)

2. Is the MBP your main computer? Or Do you use it along with an external monitor, another computer(s),ect?

Yes.

Occasionally I hook it up to the 32" Sanyo (pictured in the 1st photo) via HDMI, I have a magic mouse but I don't have a camera to photograph it anymore.

-early 2011 MBP 15 2.3 w/ 16GB RAM, 256 GB Crucial M4, hi-res screen, with a di-noc cover and black/clear iLuv case over top.
-no external monitor at home, 30 inch +/- Samsung external at work that I use when working certain graphics or design.
-Bowers and Wilkins speakers at home
-Western Digital RE4 500GB in a cheap RAID Rosewill setup at home
-Corsair Force F80 in a Rosewill USB enclosure at home and work
-iPhone 4S 16 GB usually 2 feet away from me in an Element Vapor Pro Chroma (i should have gotten a 32 or 64 :()
-Logtitech MouseMX at home, Performance Mouse MX (the ones with Darkforce tracking) at work...neither which I use all that much as I am not a fan.
-and depending what I am doing I have an old Dell D630 with a Vertex 3 Max IOPS that runs so fast thanks to it that people think it is a new computer :p
-I occasionally use one of the older iMacs or MBAs we have at my house but only if I need to use a program that I do not have on my MBP. I use my MBP for both home and office use as I like the one-computer approach and to me a 15 inch screen is massive.

I like this a lot. Very neat, clean, and minimalist approach which is what I try to do but sometimes fail at :p

Standard entry level early 2011 MBP here. I've just ordered a thunderbolt to hdmi cable to hook it up to my 32inch LG TV. I don't know why it's taken me until now to think of doing this :p

Well sorry to be skeptical about something some seller decides to put on their product page on ebay.
Besides, they offer 50$ refund if you trade in your old board, my guess is that they reball those and sell them as the "revision".

As far as I know these are not NVIDIA sanctioned revisions.

No it is an actual revision, you can even buy just the gpu to solder on but it's hard to do so. It's fine if you don't think it's true but nvidia is known for doin this..

Early 2011 15" MacBook Pro;

First time I've decided the computer fulfills my needs and did not choose to upgrade in the last refresh (more like a spec bump). Finally using AppleCare for the first time (I've always bought AppleCare, just never got to use it before the first year limited warranty expired). It's almost as fast as my Mac Pro, which means I need to upgrade my desktop soon to stay ahead of the curve!

Specs:
15" MacBook Pro
2.3GHz Quad
16GB RAM
480GB OWC Extreme 6G
1TB Samsung HDD in optibay
Matte display option

In terms of accessories, I have and do use the Moshi Palmguard. Very durable and effective protection. I wear a watch everyday and this keeps the palm rest area from damage. Furthermore, in colder environments, the computer is slighter warmer to the touch. I like the rougher texture provided by the included trackpad cover. In addition to this, I use an iSkin Pro keyboard protector. This does hinder my typing speed, but I do occasionally use my computer with greasy fingers. The skin is easy to clean and maintain although some of the keys on the skin are beginning to wear through.

In terms of carrying cases, I use only a Thule sleeve. Very durable, is water-resistant, and offers good grip.

My setup consist of just this computer. Otherwise, my iTunes library being 1.3TB is stored on an external Firewire device.

And it is not my main computer. It's my mobile powerhouse and backup computer. My Mac Pro is my daily workhorse.

Yes it is my main computer. With Parralells I am able to run my industry software like it was built for Mac. Now if I can figure out how to get Paralells 7 to use the Mapi command to send it to Mac "Mail" it would be Perfect!

OK, I'll play!

1. Which MacBook Pro do you have?

The specs are in my signature line. :)

2. Is the MBP your main computer? Or Do you use it along with an external monitor, another computer(s),ect?

Yes. It is on my family's network with Windows desktops and laptops, as a couple of iPod Touches, an iPad, and a couple game consoles. My MPB fits in with the network nicely.

I use my MBP with a 2 TB Seagate GoFlex Pro network drive for backup and an HP OfficeJet Pro L7555 printer/scanner/fax.

Photos of your setup welcome!
