Mine is not JB!
All I did for mine was drag all my apps into folders and drug them to the next page which creates a new page. After they are all moved over, the first page is blank. I have my desktop folder of my most used apps on the front and that's all. But with ios5 they all go back to the first page when the phone is rebooted for some reason. But it is easy to do, just drag & drop here is mine again: let me know if I can help further.

thank you so much sir! do you mind if you can give me a quick tutorial? Im on photoshop and with the crop tool have the measurements in for 640x960 with 362 dpi, but whenever i try cropping it it gives me a message saying "couldnt complete the request because the result would be too big of a document"...
Don't do 362 dpi. Leave it at the standard default 70 or 71 dpi (can't remember what it was). Then it should work.
My Twitter and App Store are completely upside down, last time I take my iPhone out to a decent party.
Does the inputs theme show any shadows around the icons when you tap them? like I remember i had a theme with round icons and whenever I tapped it, i could see the shadow that didn't fit the icon.
If that makes sense. What Im asking if when you tap the icons on this theme, does it look exactly like stock iOS?
and what its mean when it says "icon shadows"?

everything works fine, no ninja shadows occur when you tap on an icon
When you tap one, the inner image of the silver bezel thingie becomes dimmer and that's it. When you enable "iPulse Icon Shadows" in the Winterboard you enable the bottom icon shadow:
