I need a photoshop class. I find it to be so overwhelming. I've watched you tube it's so time consuming.

If you want to lay a good beginning foundation for Photoshop, sign up for a lynda.com trial and take this course:
http://www.lynda.com/Photoshop-tutorials/Photoshop-CC-Essential-Training-2015/372339-2.html?srchtrk=index:1 linktypeid:2 q:photoshop+ page:1 s:relevance sa:true producttypeid:2

Their courses are comprehensive and easy to follow, and they have exercise files you can download that go along with each chapter.

Taken with iPhone 6s

Many like Cortex too. Not sure which one to buy. Which one least complicated with good results?

cortex cam. but you can not edit pictures in cortex cam. do you know you can adjust lots of things in apples "photos" within the iphone? just check it out.

I saw someone post a picture and talking about it earlier, but it kinda got lost in the 1000+ replies :/ but what is the app that takes x amount of photos in succession and then stitches them all together to produce a really clear and noise free photo?

cortex camera

VSCO is free but the best presets cost. I suggest trying it out first

i can not recommend VSCO, to cluttered with their stuff and services.

cortex may cost something, but is very easy to handle.

also, pro camera + hdr is on sale right now - imo best camera app.
