So if we used other apps than the native camera app will the photos still look smeared and have that water painting effect?

Not quite sure what you're talking about. My 6s plus doesn't have a water painting effect or smeared look when taking photos and using the native camera app or a third party camera app.

yes, as the noise reduction is solely handled by the iphone first.
 
Yeah i see your pictures on my 6s plus.

I have 6s plus cannot see them. This is on tapatalk app. It works on macrumors website but not macrumors from the tapatalk app. They work best as an insert and not as an attachment.

Heavy snow fell over Yosemite Valley on Christmas Eve - this was in the weather forecasts so I planned ahead and drove in the next day. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. If you're living in California, you owe it to yourself to visit the park - you won't regret it. (you might freeze a little though)
