Used tilt shift, and camera bag apps for a little post processing.

Guys, is it me or does anyone else think that iPhone 4 pics come out slightly over-exposed?

Some of my photos come out waaaaay too white!

These are by no means scientific tests but they are worth posting...

All photos were resized to 640px on the tall end, no processing at all other than saving the d90 raw file as a jpeg.

Low light performance is obviously better in the iP4 but the colors are oversaturated for my tastes. It's almost like the reason why the low light performance is better is because the iP4 takes photo at a higher ISO (if that's even possible for a camera phone to do). The photos are much grainier so it led me to believe that. Probably not though

Nice photos! Which tilt shift app did you use (there are a few it seems.) I've been wanting to try this technique out.

"Tiltshiftgen"

Thanks!

Inspired by gnortenjones, my tilt/shift experiments from today (taken with iPhone 4 at the Paseo Colorado Mall in Pasadena, CA.)

Dont hate on the in-camera post! I just hate the way raw photos look and was too excited how fast everything ran compared to my old 3G.

Everything was tweaked on the iphone though, nothing done on computer.

Seems like the camera overexposes slightly which is a bit annoying.

Did you edit that in lo-mob?

Great picture, by the way. It's cute. :)

Thank You. Using this as my wallpaper.

That's gorgeous. Like another user, I will be using this as my wallpaper. ;)

I do need help with something, though. When I import my iPhone pictures to my computer, will they be in the same resolution? I know with my 3G, they always lost a lot the pictures niceness.

1st picture is of my work money (I'm a train conductor).
2nd is at a train station, I was waiting for my next train.
3rd is of my niece.
The last picture is of my local newspaper. Whats wrong in that picture?
