So I am a bit of a kickstarter nut and I am always looking for cool stuff on there and I came across SLIMLINE on there. Looks kind of cool and I backed for one since the price isn't bad.

Just thought I would share for those looking for some minimal protection at a pretty decent price.

Looks just like the cheap ones that are already out there. Ebay and many others are selling them.

Maybe some stats on thickness, etc would help.

I haven't seen anything like this yet. It is not a full bumper but really a front and back ring connected at key strength points from the looks of it.

I agree a few more stats on actual dimensions would be nice.

Concept looks good. Video was..awkward.

5 seconds into it you could tell how blatantly bad they tried to emulate Apple's own marketing videos, then it just started getting really strange as it progressed.

Anyways, this bumper + a full body wrap/protector might provide for the ultimate low-profile scratch and scuff protection for the iPhone.

Why would anyone spend that much time producing what seems like a good quality video and just fill out with a bunch of outtake-worthy moments? That might be the worst promotional video I've ever seen!

Cool idea though. I'd buy the product. Just weird way of promoting it.

Exactly how I felt. I guess they thought the video was cute or some crap  Couldn't help but turn away from the dude at the end.

Still, it would be nice to have this case funded.

I don't see what so special about it? It's just another bumper. They act like they made something that's never been done before.

True but its slim and just compliments the phone. TBH, I have no idea why they need kickstarter, these cases seem relatively cheap to manufacture.

Hopefully some Chinese manufacturer can make these :D

Nice case and great concept. Making cases for the iphone is very cut throat. They will do all the work, and some knockoff company will be selling it for $5 in December on ebay.

I was about to start a thread about this, too.
Was searching a long time for something as sleek and slim like this! I hope it will work fine together with the already ordered spigen foil. :)

I can imagine it being uncomfortable to hold. Wonder if it fits the lightning adapter..looks like it could.

Was thinking the same, looks interesting but the indents on the sides may feel awkward in your hands.
