Power Mac G4 no video

I have this 800Mhz Power Mac G4 that won't display anything on my screen. It will power up, chime, and the drives spin. Fresh PRAM battery, and I've reset the logic board. The only other things I could guess are that the graphics card or the VGA cable are bad, and I have replacements coming in the mail soon, but I just wanted to know if anyone had a second opinion.

What screen are you trying to use the Mac with? Does the screen report "no signal" or another error, or is it just black?

I have it hooked to an Asus LCD monitor, and it just stays in standby

It could be bad RAM. My sawtooth did that.
But yes, check your cards and cables! Good luck.
