Either you're faking screen shots or you're not on the machine you state you being on. It just is not possible to unlock the USB 2 chipset at full speed on a FireWire 800 MDD.

Hey Im not Rabiz7 (or what ever that guy was called LOL) so Im not Faking any screen shots or miss announcing what machine im running... So what do I have to do to get you to believe me? Make a Youtube video demonstrating it???

You have to create reproducible steps to get a FireWire 800 MDD to use its builtin USB as USB 2 instead of 1.1.

Alright I tried filming a Vid but it got too long with too many mess ups (hey i cant edit video) but read this http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php?topic=762.75 it turns out when you downgrade the Firmware of a FW800 MDD to that of a FW400 one not only Does it allow you to boot into OS 9 it also enables the USB 2 Functionality of the USB ports on the MDD Also here is a video i did at one point of me showing off OS 9 booting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFxHTF8X4GI&list=UUQGaTChKGWmLu_PNvLtVJ9Q

There are conflicting reports as to whether or not the FireWire 400 firmware fully enables the USB 2 speeds on a FireWire 800 MDD machine.

Well for me as you can see in my screen shots it enables it for me and provides good speed. altho if any one has the stock FW800 firmware do let me know as id like to upgrade back to it (I want my airport slot back and OS 9 booting no longer requires downgrading) also is there a way to make a Dump of a PPC Macs ROM?
