I actually found some keyboards for a on AliExpress a year ago, they were French and Arabic for A1139 though and I was just looking for the keycaps.
That's why I have three PowerBooks, one to use, one for display, one for parts. All with dents 😬

Speaking of keycaps, just FYI. Those from aluminium MacBooks also fit.
I've bought several PowerBooks in Germany, but I do prefer US/UK keyboards. I got a whole bunch of dead MacBooks from a long time friend who was in charge of service department at our local Apple dealer. The caps from those did fit 12", 15" and 17" PowerBooks perfectly, the only exception being one version of 1.5 GHz 12" PowerBook's keyboards that has green circles around the rubber key elements, as seen in this video:
