PowerMac G5 powersupply may be dead..help diagnose?

I know, its a 7 years old thread, but who knows? I have the same exact mosfet (is it a mosfet?) broken. Cannot get to read because its literally disintegrated, what code should I be looking for?

It may be your lucky day! Part number TOP249Y (not a mosfet, I was young and confused).

I got to replace it, my PowerMac G5 worked fine for about two weeks and then one day when waking the PowerMac from sleep it exploded again, taking out the lights at home and all. I then replaced the power supply with an entirely new one and the same thing happened, so I guess something else was broken.

I guess its the combination logic board/processor(s) that get shorted. If I can fix this thing I will try to covert it ti air cooled.
