Highly doubt it will be 'iWatch', for the simple reason that it has too many connotations with a traditional timepiece.
Apple's product is (allegedly) related to health and fitness, so the title of a 'watch' limits its functionality to telling the time.
I'll take a guess at 'iBand'. Like many of Apple's other products, it describes the form of the device but doesn't pinpoint any one specific feature, much like a Pad or a Pod. iPhone is the exception because, as Jobs quite profoundly put it, they wanted to reinvent the phone.
