Prediction: iPhone 2.1 - September 1st

It's Labor Day. Maybe the coders are working, but their bosses are most likely barbecuing. If it happens today I will be very surprised.

its coming in the middle of the month, and the new ipod touches will be the first to actually SHIP with 2.1 preinstalled.

I'd say September 9th is when we'll get a preview of 2.1 if there is an Apple event, with the release 2 weeks from then at the end of the month.

I'm going to tip my hat and say it (the event) will be sometime around 9/9/08, to coincide with the iPhone 3G being available at Best Buy in the US. As for the next software update, it definitely will NOT be on Sept. 1st.

wow I must be a psychic , or Nostradamus, you guys hould pay me money for my predictions, they seem to be 100% accurate /end sarcasm

So basically like I stated in my deleted comment, all this "prediction stuff" is useless, its useless to talk about it, especially if its all rumors

I know these are the Mac Rumor forums, but you guys are way to gullible and believe anything someone says
