Honestly, I don’t notice the notch and it took a matter of days to get used to the lack of a home button. Would I prefer the XS to be the size (and thinness) of my 6s? Yes, but it’s not and I’ll get used to the loss of pocket space soon enough (just as I did when I went from a 4s to a 6).
