Just curious as to how many Premier members placed orders Tuesday, but do not have charges on their card, etc.
 
I've Ben trying every 15 min for 36 hours now. I've never once gotten past the login screen on the Premier site. EPIC FAIL AT&T!!!
 
Ordered yesterday morning.
Needed two phones, but couldn't figure out how to upgrade 2 phones at the same time. Instead I placed separate upgrade orders on each phone.

Got 2 confirmation emails. I have a single charge on my card for $6

When I call to check the order status -- one of them says ready to ship, the other says it will be processed within 1 business day.

I have no idea if I will get both on launch day?
 
Ordered at 9 am PDT yesterday, in "Processing" now, but no charge on my AmEx card. I'm trying not to be too concerned about it. I'd think by now there would have been a serious enough issue to kick it out if that was going to be the case.

Ok, that is cool. Maybe it reserved the phone, but just needs to be updated in AT&T internal systems.

Ordered 8am EST, no charges, did receive confirmation email, order status is processing. If I'm not mistaken, i wasn't charged last year until the 3GS was shipped. Not worried.

Similar situation here. Ordered 2:43 pm EDT. It's in the "processing" phase and no charge or pre-authorization to my credit card. This I confirmed by calling my cc company.

I feel the same way: if something was to go "wrong" it would've been flagged already.
 
You need a poll choice fo "Have not been able to get past the log in screen"

same here. placed an order around 1am PST (4a est) with no issue and card just now shows the charge. order status is also at processing.

cannot pull it up on the regular order status screen though, only on premier status

rather tha "charge" i think they are referring to a preauthorization/hold for the amount. kind of like what a hotel would do before you actually oficially check out.
 
Ordered 2 yesterday. First one at 0645 PDT, second one at 0910 PDT. Called the credit card company today to make sure the charges go through (sometimes they are over protective and think it's a fraudulent charge). They told me both charges have already been approved. Not sure if it's "held" or actually charged, but they did know about both bills.
 
premiere order

can only view status on the priemere website.... can only get info from a priemere csa..... charged 1.00 twice from att, and 0.00 once... never charged full amount

my status on the order status site is received- attention!

I placed my order about 6:15AM CST yesterday. I received my confim email immediately following the order. I had 2 $1 charges pending and then I was charged $213 and some change later in the day. So far so good :D
 
Could someone verify the URL for premier? I can't get past the login on the one I've used for years.

Ditto!

I received a confirmation email (actually 2 in fact for the same order), credit card authorized, but I get that "Attention!" status. That status is driving me nuts! lol
