I placed my order about 6:15AM CST yesterday. I received my confim email immediately following the order. I had 2 $1 charges pending and then I was charged $213 and some change later in the day. So far so good :D

I have the same story as above except my order was successfully placed about 2.5 hours later.
 
ordered through premier for all three phones. one was at 5 am, second was at 8am, and the third one was at 9pm, all EST. called this morning, CS rep said all orders went through and that it was impossible to be canceled cause its processing (not sure if i believe that though). all three phones received the confirmation email right after ordering with a order number and activation number.

when i go to the premier site and click "view all transactions" all three are listed there, and the order status is "activated." when i check my orders through the order status page, each order is past the received stage and is "in processing."

hopefully this is good news.
 
there was no charge yet but yesterday there were preauthorization charges but now they were gone, I don't know if it's my bank or what? My order status though is still 'processed' as of today. So hopefully by tomorrow we'll see the charge? Whaddya think?:confused:

im so baffled by this... they say that they wont charge until the phone ships but it seems like almost everyone is being charged.... i for one was not charged yet... just a few 1.00 authorizations from att:confused:
 
I also ordered on the premier site, and I can only see my order status on the business link. Unfortunately, my status just went from Processing to Attention. I placed my order at 7:20am PST and received a confirmation email shortly thereafter. Also, there have been no charges posted to my CC.
 
Similar situation here. Ordered 2:43 pm EDT. It's in the "processing" phase and no charge or pre-authorization to my credit card. This I confirmed by calling my cc company.

I feel the same way: if something was to go "wrong" it would've been flagged already.

Same thing here since the minute I received the email (414PM EST)
 
Great...mine had said "Processing" yesterday and earlier today (noon-ish), but now has a red exclamation mark that says "Attention!".
 
okay. so i placed my order 6/15 @ 1:30AM PST. I recieved the confirmation email, and the order number shows that both phones are being processed in the Premier Order Status, but when I use the normal AT&T order status, it gives me an error saying that can't find anything with that information. Whats going on? Should I be worried?


Also: the CC hasnt been charged yet.
 
how are you guys checking your order status in the non premier order status part?

Anyways, pre-ordered my iPhone 4 yesterday at approx. 1:30 AM PST ON 6/15, shortly after received my order number/confirmation e-mail but no budge on my cc account. No pre-authorizations/authorizations/pending/holding or anything. I'm trying to keep calm though. On my order status it's on "Processing".
 
I thought your amex card would NOT BE CHARGED until the phone actually ships? That was what I was told. I have a Confirmation number, and my order is in the system as pending - but that is just what happened last year...and then when it shipped you could follow the progress on their website. I'm not stressed because I did not receive an EMAIL confirmation nor a transaction on my AMEX card. I preordered phone at 6:00 a.m. yesterday morning, and got right in no problem. It's shipping to my house.
Oh - I ordered thru ATT website.
 
Ordered 2 phones via premier yesterday (11:45a and 2:15p). Email confirm received immediately on both. Order Status appeared immediately on premier order status and nothing on regular order status. Order Status now shows under regular order status as of 7pm tonight. Both orders shows quantity of 1 backordered.

Called AMEX, confirmed 2 authorizations for $314.
 
Order premier site June 15th 11 AM PST. Got email confirmation right away and could only see update on premier order status util today. Just checked it and now on normal ATT order status page. Order date shows the 15th on premier and 16th on ATT normal order status page. No charge on AMEX.
 
I ordered Premier on the 15th at 9:13am. My credit card was authorized $522.90 and the order status says processing. The system on the normal AT&T order status site did not find my order number.

Are some of you that have the order date as 6/16 a little nervous about that? I'm hoping that I don't log into the AT&T site tomorrow with my order number and it state 6/17.

Update: never mind, I actually used my brain for another second and searched via my phone number. My order date says 6/15 and it says in progress.

I am slightly nervous. I hope we don't get screwed for being "Premier." That would be twisted.
