Interesting... so there is no discount on the equipment. Still the same upgrade fee the Apple Store charges ($18) and I am sure the activation fee will come when you actually plug into iTunes (another $18). Don't see a reason to cancel my Apple Store purchase.

Oh my fan account waives activation / upgrade fees so I don't see those

How do you get the option to pick it up at the store on the 19th Vs. having it mailed to you???

Go to your local store and pre-order. You will get an order number that you can track and the phone will be delivered to you at the store's address. You will still have to wait in a line at the AT&T store on the 19th.
