what time do you think you'll get it?? haven't decided how I'm going to get my hands on it tomorrow yet!!

Exact same scan and time as you. Also in Toronto. Seems like our iPads are on the same shipment. :)

Where do you live? It's before 12:00 noon with UPS Express Saver in lots of areas.

I live downtown - yeah I read about the 12:00 delivery, though I won't really be able to explain why I'm rolling into work at noon. :)

My preorder is still saying "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" since Mar 12.

Looks like mine missed the plane today. Hopefully there's a later flight that gets in this afternoon.

So all of yours just went from Order Processed straight to Export Scan 3 days later?
 
I'm in Halifax, mine has been in "Processing Items" since March 9th, the day after I preorered. I called Apple a few minutes ago and the girl said it has been approved and that it's actually between the "processing" and "preparing for shipment" stages. Over the next two days it should change to "Preparing for shipment" and then to "shipped" on Sunday or Monday. I should have it in my hands by Wednesday.

Here is to hoping! I thought the idea of pre-ordering was so that you'd have it on launch day? Not that I'd be able to get my hands on one on Friday anyway, but you get my point.

First pre-order experience? 4/10.

Looks like a possible Saturday delivery for me, which is good.

If you don't get it Friday, it will be Monday, not Saturday. UPS only does Saturday deliveries at an additional cost, at the request of the shipper at the time of shipping.

Next business day delivery by 12:00 noon to most metropolitan areas
Saturday delivery by 1:30 p.m. available to specific destinations

You do realize preorders started on the 7th right? It's not Apples fault you waited to pull the trigger...:rolleyes:

Nope, sorry. It's an additional cost that the shipper specifies.

I've ordered plenty from Apple and UPS has never delivered on Saturdays.

If you miss Friday and get a delivery notice, call right away and see if you can pick it up that night from the hub.

Meh, if I don't it receive it tomorrow I will call Apple to bitch and complain and they will take a $100 off my order. Works every time.
