Preorders Sitting in Nashville Thread

Mine is at fedex local facility as well. Kinds was expecting it to be in truck for delivery though by now.
 
Mine is also at the local sort facility. Not sure how many shipments they are doing but when I ordered my Verizon iPhone 4 in Feb of 2011, they were quite delayed in updating the shipment info due to the volume of shipments they had. I actually received mine and my tracking info still showed at sort facility.

I am always amazed at how FedEx does it. If it is due to be delivered today, they will get it to you.

YES. Finally! "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" My iPad had a swell time livin' it up in Nashville for like, what, a week?

Don't worry. Things will probably start moving pretty quickly. FedEx status updated rapidly for me in the last two hours. Your will probably be on the truck in no time.
 
They should all be at your local facility by 9-9:30 at the latest. If it's not then I would worry. They usually like to get the trucks out by 9am if not before.
 
I refreshed my tracking at 8:45 and it showed at sort facility. Then, compulsively, I refreshed it again at 8:55 and it showed on vehicle for delivery. But the time stamp on that was 7:23. So I think there may just be a bit of a delay. I'm confident that everyone will receive their iPads today.
 
Mine was put on the truck for delivery 90 minutes ago but it didn't update the system until just now.

I pretty much never see the FedEx truck in my neighborhood, but yesterday I saw it delivering packages when I went to get lunch. I immediately turned around only to find it was the pots and pans I ordered about a week ago. :p
 
So my fedex guy showed up an hour ago as I was worried about didn't bother trying to deliver (the door to the building was open and he went to the door that doesn't have the entry system ) I got done there before he got back in the truck and was able to get it from him. Would of made me mad if I missed out because he didn't bother delivering it. Asked if he was busy today and he said yeah got a lot of these things today.
 
Delivered at 2:20! Thank you everyone for helping with the tracking. The fedex guy he said he has been delivering more than 80 ipads today and he had 15 left
