Mine still says "Not Yet Shipped" should it say something different? Such as: In Progress, etc?

No, you are fine. I think most will change to prepared for shipment by monday, but i wouldn't be worried unitl Tuesday probably.

Ordered from Apple the 15th charged today now prepared for shipment and still gets to my house on the 24th.
