Walk-ins Not Handled Right
Just wanted to take a minute to express my disgust with how the Apple Stores (don't) handle PR on inventory available to walk-ins. So it's my own fault that I didn't pre-order and my own choice to stand in line and take my chances. I know that and have no intention of whining about it. My whine is my opinion that the Apple Stores need to announce, as soon as they know themselves, exactly how many phones they have on hand to sell to walk-ins. That would at least allow us to make a decision on whether it's worth the trouble of going to the store at all, and/or how early to get there. But hey, that would amount to service above and beyond the call. Can't have that. Long lines are great publicity.
