I'm in the central time zone, I ordered the 6s Plus rose gold. Mine still says processing... I chose the option pay for all at checkout. My credit card has already been charged but still says processing? It is 4:32 PM here. Deliver date is 9/25.

It seems that the rose golds are a bit delayed
I have a space gray which has been update to Preparing for shipping but the rose gold is still Processing (Rose Gold 64GB T-Mobile)
