Is the press conference going to be aired on television or is this just a conference for printed press? If it is on television, does anyone know what channel it is going to be on?

EDIT:
Live comical discussion of the conference below.

It will not be on TV, but websites such as Engadget (And possibly also this site) will be providing live updates on their site.

It most likely won't be on television except through short briefs in the news. Macrumors does a pretty good job of highlighting what has happened so your best bet is to just wait until they post it.

Thanks. I figured as much, but since this has been such a disaster for Apple PR-wise with all the major networks reporting on it as well, I thought there might be a chance it would be live.

Sky news said they will be streaming it live on their channel and on their website. Sorry uk only!

Yeah, Apple's press conference will usurp regularly scheduled programming on every major broadcast television network.

I'm just going to keep the conversation kicking in here. Enough people seem to be active in this thread.

Fantastic. They are actually playing the Antenna song. I wonder if they are going to talk about the iPad.

5 points to all of those predicting that Apple would first blow itself before talking about the problem.
