“Preview” glitches to grey screen

When attempting to open any photo or screenshot from same mac, Preview opens and very, very briefly flashes the image, then cuts to a grey background. All menus/toolbars are available but just a grey screen?

Any help would be appreciated. Images open fine when using Firefox instead.

Same issue here. MacBook Pro 10.1 running Ventura 13.3 on OpenCore Legacy Patcher 0.6.2
