Problem with the Contact Us tool

I sent two messages over the last few days using Contact Us, but haven't gotten an acknowledgment that any of them were received.

How should I proceed?

We are on Thanksgiving holiday so it may have just been slow because of that. I'll ping the person who does support so he can look into it.
