Nice, so no bugs or crashes and everything works?
Is it just the free version that has issues and the pro version ok?

I'm not touching the trials as they tend to have more issues. Besides, 2,5 isn't that much either for this kind of tweak. I mean, this will actually save you from buying a new one.

But ye, the pro is working flawlessly.

I'd recommend you to stay off purchasing iCaughtU because I just had the weirdest crash. Every icon was missing and replaced with black shadow... I don't know if its iCaughtU tho because it happened after I updated auxo and iCleaner. Maybe it has to do with Auxo and iCaughtU , I don't know.

I don't have Auxo so cannot comment on the incompatibility but otherwise iCaughtu pro works well. But i would hope i never have to use this tweak to find my lost iPhone. :)
Btw one bug i had found with iCaughtu pro was that i had set the word "location" in SMS commands to trigger sending photo and location every 10 minutes to my email ids. I know the word choice is wrong and very common word and i should have kept a different non commonly used word.
But anyways, i assumed that if ever i got a SMS / iMessage with "location", the aforementioned functionality trigger.
But one day out of no where i started receiving emails every 10 minutes. I was not sure what triggered it so i went back to my Messages and found that in one of the conversations i had mentioned to the other person "turn off those location services" and this probably triggered the emails. There was no way to turn this off so i had removed the app for some time. The emails stopped.
After few days i again reinstalled the app and the emails started coming again.
I contacted the developer and he suggested me to modify some data in a file related to the app to stop this and it did work as expected.
From then i have changed the trigger keywords to few uncommon ones.
But i am still surprised since it was a sent message which had the keyword and not a received one.

i've been using iGotYa for a few years and always work fine for me.
only until recently, it has not been sending any email notifications to me.
i love the this tweak as the location is pretty precise and photo well taken!
can someone pls help and find out why hasn't it been sending out any email notifications? so far i haven't seen any proper answer.

also, i've tried iCaughtU (free version) but really sucks. only sent out test mail but doesnt send out email when i keyed in the wrong passcode.

i've seen some of you saying that the iCaughtU Pro is working? i seriously don't want to spend 2.5 on something that doesn't work.

hope someone can answer the fault to iGotYa email sending problem?

thanks!

I Have the same iMessage/SMS issue with icaughtupro!

Every time a word contained in a text is the same word used as a command, it sends an email along with command executed. It also ,sends "command executed" to the other person I am texting if they were the ones who used the command word in a sentence. I have contacted the dev and I haven't gotten a response from him. Please help me, I love this app and it was worth every penny but I don't want to annoy and scare friends with "command executed" message sent to their phones as well as the other issue. You said in your post he gave you instructions to edit some file, could you give me those instructions? Thanks in advance!:)

This is the reply i got. Let me warn you this MAY permanently disable the SMS commands. I am not sure just guessing.
The below works only if you have iFile to make the changes.

Go to /var/mobile/Library/Preferences and open the file "com.itaysoft.icaughtupro.plist" and then toggle where it says "Send Report".

I tried iCaughtU Pro today on my iPhone 5 iOS 7.0.4 and the "send email" function doesn`t work for me, i have set it to 1 attempt but nothing happens after typing the wrong password. No email is sent.

I did try the test email function from within the settings and then it works, i get the test email in my inbox.

Have anyone else had the same problem after the latest update?

I installed it (Icaughtyoupro) on my iphone 5S on 7.0.4 yesterday. I tried it and it didn't send the email, tried again. About 10 minutes later I got both emails, plus it did give me the pop up on the home/lock screen that I had set up. So it IS working.....but might be a big buggie........

iGotYa worked from the first try. I'm using the 10 day trial period right now but I'll probably stick with it.

Emails send fine each time.

My only concern is how is it sending it to you? Is it safe? Do they keep a log of your location and photos?

Not sure.
But as long as it works fine then I'm ok if they get a copy of a thieves picture.

I updated this on iOS 6 yesterday. Funny, because I had installed previous updates that reportedly were causing boot loops, but had not affected me. But yesterday's update did. Fortunately, I had a backup so I deleted it and reinstalled the older version.

I've got updates turned off on it now.

What is te third option that i cant remember de name? I mean, besides icaughtu and igotya? Thanks

You just have to be patient, there have already been 2-3 updates seeing as how cydia substrate was only just released a day ago. It's safe to say there will be more and that the issues you're having will eventually be fixed.

I am facing problems with iCaughtu pro. Whenever i receive a call, while i am in the call i get the pop up message that i have setup and photo also gets taken.
Ideally these things should happen when someone tries to unlock the phone with a wrong code and that too in my case after 2 failed attempts.
