You can either just wait, or put a case on it...

either way the Zagg will eventually start coming off.

Then install the PS.

Thanks all for the replys,I took my zagg off and put on the ps crystal , man what a difference ps is so clear and smooth compared to my zagg. But I did leave the back and sides of the zagg on.

Exactly. Anyone who thinks these films are overpriced or compare them to those 20 pack eBay Saran wraps Is insane .

how does the thickness of the ps compare to the zagg?...is there a big difference in the material?...the orangepeel doesn't bother me as long as i know the screen is protected...thanks again

I don't know if I want to stick with my SGP Oleo or try out the PS shields. I also have the SGP Matte coming in that I want to try out.

Has anyone tried PS + Otterbox defender?

Hopefully I will test that tomorrow. My ps should be in the mail box now and when I get home in the am I will slap I on and see how it works with he defender. Cant wait to get rid of these ifrogz anti-glare.

Cool, I'll wait for the update. If it doesn't work, I'm thinking of removing the defender protective screen... any thoughts?

My only fear would be that it may void the warranty of the product. I am hearing positive things about people not having to use a scene protector with the new defender. May end up going that route. When I peel the current scrrn off I will slip it into the defender and compare. On the other hand I do not always keep the phone in the defender so I like to have a screen on.

I want to hear about the PS and the otterbox too. I had ordered the wrapsol wet, but it turns out to be too thick; my case won't fit with the skin. So I'm looking for a thin skin.

Screen thickness is about the same as the zagg, but PS seems to cover more of the glass meaning it goes closer to the edges which I like

Do they offer any real protection? I really would like to see a scratch test performed on these screens by somebody.

After removing screen protectors from their stores, Apple still offers the Powersupport for the 3g/3gs in the online store. Must be a reason for that.

I have had Powersupport screen protector on my 3g for over a year, totally forgot it was on there.

To take a quote from Porsche: Powersupport USA - There is no substitute.

I get my 4g Powersupport today, and what a relief it will be to remove that Bestbuy crap I had to use.

Apple Accessories tend to value form over function. The protectors most certainly do look very nice. Since you're done with your 3g, would you mind performing an intensive scratch test on it and recording it and putting it on youtube?

Basically like any other scratch test you can use scissors and a key, and with pressure rub those items against the protector in a back and forth and oscillating motion. Then put it under light to see if there are any scratches.

Can't wait for my PS Crystal to arrive. I plan to have the following combo:
- PS Crystal [front screen]
- Gelaskin (white) [back]
- Bumper (white)

When you removed your Zagg did it leave anything on the screen or did the screen look like new?

i've been exclusively using zagg since i get it for $8 for a full body.
never leaves any residue.

i wish we sold PS :(

i use straight water when applying dry screen protectors...I also have washed them with dishsoap and water if they get dust on em...works perfect

Totally agree with you on that. The wet method is the best way to apply these overlays. And PS overlays can be cleaned but when Zaggs get just a little bit of dust on them, you're hosed.

I have the Crystal Film on the front of my iPhone and the InvisibleShield on the back. As much as I've loved the InvisibleShield over the years, the Crystal Film beats it hands down. I'm tempted to put the CF on the back of my phone, but the InvisibleShield is on so perfectly, it'd just be a waste of money to do so.

PS Crystal Shield - I'm a believer

Seriously. I can't believe how fantastic this skin is. The optical clarity is awesome. I'm completely satisfied with the optical clarity, fit, and install of the product. I never owned a PS Crystal Shield before, so I bought this sight unseen.

Let me say it again. FANTASTIC product. Surpassed my expectations and makes the Zagg look like complete azz.

I can't say how it will hold up with time, but at least they gave me to fronts. I don't anticipate it failing before I give this phone to my wife in a year.

The install was super SUPER easy. I spray Windex on a paper towel and clean the screen really well. I than used a lint free cloth from the Zagg to give it a nice even wipe. I couple of shots of compressed air and I was good to go. As mentioned by the OP, the screen installs by removing the center protective cover, placing it on the phone, than swiveling/adjusting until its perfect. Hold the middle with you finger, peel the top (or bottom) off, and watch it lay down like magic. Squeegee a bit with the lint free, and you're good to go.

Awesome product. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
