Decide what you want most. If you want a PS3 really really bad then sell your Wii/Ps2. I'd bet you could get enough out of that to pay for most of the PS3 or at least all of the iphone an then some. Like someone else said above, if you are going to be doing the majority of your gaming on your PS3 then go with that an skip the MBP, because spending extra money just to play Garry's mod sounds pretty ridiculous.
