Worked fine until I tried to delete the file from the desktop. Required a hard reset. Had to grab another desktop from the library and then I could delete the M1 desktop file.
Got it. Thanks. It's fun.Anything. I renamed it to "yhello.saver" and it worked a treat. It'll work as long as it's not named "hello".
Hopefully this works. Had to zip it before it would let me upload it.Can someone drag the blue one from system preferences to desktop and upload it?
Would like the blue one on my m1 air (not on 11.3 yet)

Thanks for posting that. It's on my desktop and opens in Preview, but seems like I can't drag it into my Desktop Picture folder or the Preferences pane. Any suggestions?Hopefully this works. Had to zip it before it would let me upload it.
That's odd. I right-clicked on the file and clicked Set Desktop Picture. Thanks for posting that. It's on my desktop and opens in Preview, but seems like I can't drag it into my Desktop Picture folder or the Preferences pane. Any suggestions?
I think the dark mode version looks much better.it does a cool dark version with dark mode on! neat ! thx
Any chance you could share that library? It does! From an old Snow Leopard installation I used to have, I pulled all the classic desktops from SL and have kept it to this day, and this folder includes all the Mac OS X 10.0 wallpapers. I even managed to find an archive of Mac OS 8 and 9 desktop wallpapers, so you could say I got the entire library.
Nostalgia, indeed. I particularly liked the ~10.3-era brown/grey wallpaper that had a macro zoom of stones. So soothing. Those new iMac wallpapers definitely screams 2001 all over again (which, ironically, is 20 years ago!).
Nope don't have them either in the 11.4 beta. They aren't in the 11.4 beta, unless I'm not looking at the right place
Rename it to whatever you like! Just not the same name as a preinstalled screensaver.Rename it to what? I found it but can't get it to work.
Double click to open it once you’ve named it and the system will do the rest!Trying this on Intel iMac. Copied it out to desktop, renamed but cannot drag it back in again. What am i doing wrong?
