There is a technique they teach in Group.
Take a sheet of paper, and list all the things that you are anxious about. Don't falter, be honest with yourself.
Now on another sheet, draw 2 lines to created 4 boxes.
The top of the left 2 are "Things I Truly Care About", and the top of the right 2 of "Things I Don't Really Care About.
The left of the top 2 label "Things I Can Change", and the left of the bottom 2 label "Things I Cannot Change".
OK, I'm sure the more astute of you knows where this is headed.
Take your first list, and CAREFULLY place each item in it's PROPER box. No fooling around allowed. God is watching.

Bottom right, Don't Care/Can't Change = nothing you can do. Chuck 'em.
Top right, Don't Care/Can Change = what's the point of doing anything with these? Chuck 'em.
Bottom left, Care/Can't Change = be accepting of your limitations in these areas, and begrudgingly let them go too.
Top left, Care/Can Change = Beat-up up on these suckers with a big stick. Go for broke.
