I need something small to carry around with me to jobs and I don't want a PDA - too small actually. As soon as the next revision of the 12" iBook comes out I'm all over it. Here's to hoping it's soon

Yeah I'm aware of the offer but not really interested seeing how I already have a 20 giger. All I'm interested in is an updated iBook but i dont think we'll be seeing that for a while :(

But you can sell the free iPod. Its like getting an extra $179 off the price.

the cram and jam ipod deal isn't really special, becaus eyou forget to add tax to it (which is like 150 dollars).

Amazon however is tax free so the deal isn't really that special.

That's why when the new laptops come out (even if its mac exp at paris), you don't really lose that much money (maybe 20-30 dollars) compared to cram and jam.

Yeah I thought about that. I have a feeling that the update would be worth more than the 179 i can pour into upgrades on the current iBook.

Mood- Good post, anything Negrodamas says must be true (Brian Gumble=Malcom X). Hilarious show. Sucks that Chapelles stalling the 3rd season.

But you still have to add tax to the total price of the iBook/iPod at full price as well, so it's still a free iPod.

yeah, but the ipod cost "neutralizes" the tax cost that most people don't expect here.

I don't understand what you mean. You would have to pay tax either way, and it will be close to the same both times. The Cram and Jam promotion is still ~$179 less than the regular price of both.

considering how long it has ben since the ibook was updated I would wait it cant be much longer now right... and you will never be less happy with a faster computer
