Question About the Atomic Diamondback

I am ready to try it out. I have seen this thing in the making for months now and its finally done. I am pretty sure they will be shipping next week and I will have one up for review hopefully early next week.

Please let me know when you receive yours, or even if you've heard anything from the company lately. I was promised my case the week before last and than again last week and have heard nothing since. I'm not ready to condemn the company at this point but its customer service leaves much to be desired. Not sure when you ordered your case but I placed my order on April 30 at a total cost of $209.95. I can only hope that I am immeasurably more impressed with the product than I have been with Atomic's customer services so far. Indeed, the times I've contacted them they seemed as frustrated with their anodizers, who are apparently moving at a glacial pace as I was with them for not having their ducks in a row before allowing the cases to be ordered. At the rate we're going, the iPhone 4S or 5 will be available and the case will become obsolete.

I got a tracking number today for mine. Its supposed to be here tomorrow. You would be getting yours pretty quick to I am sure.

Well I'm glad that yours in on the way. If you could let me know when you actually receive it and what you think about it, that would be great. I've still not heard anything and I am waiting to hear from someone, ANYONE at this point, that he or she actually has received the case and it looks and works as well as promised, and that it is really worth the wait and expense.
 
Well, it didn't show up today. Should be here tomorrow the post office said.

OK, I'll stay tuned. I'm so disappointed at this point that I've decided not to even contact the company to ask what's going on anymore. After being told on three separate occasions when it was being delivered and then not receiving it, I figure there's no point. The next time I contact Atomic will be to request a refund because, honestly, the next generation of the iPhone will probably be available in a few months.

It does look very innovative. I am going to have a hard time reviewing it because even though I may love it (not saying I will) I don't know how someone can justify that 200 dollar price point.

200 bones is a new phone lol I think it would be worth it for someone who buys it and thats it, uses it for as long he uses the phone. For someone who likes to buy lots of cases, nuhuh definitely not worth it. Even the other aluminum cases and derlin are crazy expensive... anything over 30 for a PHone protector is too much imo. (even tho it hasnt stopped me from hoarding cases)

The buisness in iphones are not the phones themselves, its ALL in accessories.
