Dear all,
We all know the 6+ is a phablet.
But is the iPhone 6 technically a phablet as well? It is definitely not 100% functional with one-handed usage, and so could be deemed as such.
Thoughts?

No, "WE ALL" don't know the 6 + is a phablet. I don't see it as a phablet at all. I just love when people use WE.![]()
Please tell me how the 6+ is not a phablet??

noun: phablet; plural noun: phablets
a smartphone having a screen which is intermediate in size between that of a typical smartphone and a tablet computer.
"a 3.5 inch screen is inadequate in a market that is trending towards phablets"
Did you read my post completely? Of course not. I said "I" don't see it as a Phablet. So much knee-jerking on MR.![]()
You are the one knee jerking.... how do YOU not see it as a Phablet?
Oy vey. Herp. Find someone else to pick a fight with. I don't owe you an explanation. I own an iPhone 6 Plus and I stated my opinion and that's all that was needed to be said.![]()
The iPhone 6 is rather small. It is as big as the moto x from last year, and that was a smaller phone. So if you walk into an att shop, or any carrier, you will see that the 6 is almost the smallest phone in there, with the only smaller phone being the 5s. The 6 is on the smaller side of the premium market phones, so maybe it would be a stretch to call it a phablet.
t is definitely not 100% functional with one-handed usage, and so could be deemed as such.

I am so confused by the responses in this thread... do people here think being called a phablet is a negative thing?
